Built a bank from a blank page. Shaped what millions actually use. Closed it cleanly.

I co-built T-Mobile Financial Services' digital banking omnichannel ecosystem — mobile app, internet banking and back-office, designed and unified on a new strategic platform. Alior Bank later forked that same platform for its own brand, following the successful T-Mobile Financial Services launch across Poland and Romania. The work was continuous: designing end-to-end customer journeys with the user at the center, creating real value, improving customer experience, and keeping customer satisfaction high. When T-Mobile Financial Services Poland was wound down, there was a lot of history behind it — but I stayed focused on what mattered: migrating every customer to Alior Bank and closing the old bank smoothly.

At Vodeno I wasn't building only for end-customers. I was building for builders — external fintechs that ship on top of the platform, and internal verticals that use it to embed other financial services. My job was making that platform worth building on — faster to adopt, simpler to extend, cheaper to operate. I led the Mobile Whitelabel Banking, Back-office, PSD2 platform and SDK portfolio across 4 EU markets.

After years running product inside large organisations, I took a more hands-on approach and started building the tools myself. I now support digital-channel strategy and transformation — from rebuilding a mobile channel from the ground up for a company that had run the same app, unchanged, for 15 years, to platform redesigns, migrations and onboarding.
